You must be at least 18 years old and the lawful owner of the device you wish to sell. At the time of sale, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
3. Quotes and offers
Quotes generated on this site are estimates based on the information you provide. The final offer from 214 Cellular is confirmed only after an in-person inspection or receipt and inspection of a shipped device. Quotes are honored for 7 days from the date issued, provided the device matches the condition described.
4. Device condition and eligibility
Devices must be free of activation locks, outstanding financing balances, and must not be reported lost or stolen. The final price may be adjusted if the device condition, carrier status, or functionality differs from what was submitted.
5. Payment
Payment is issued at the time of purchase by cash or electronic transfer, depending on the transaction type and amount. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
6. Shipping
If you choose to ship your device, you are responsible for packaging it safely and selecting a trackable shipping method. 214 Cellular is not liable for devices lost or damaged in transit before they reach our facility.
7. Limitation of liability
214 Cellular is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the device in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
