We do not buy stolen or fraudulent phones. Ever.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement. The electronic serial number (IMEI) of every device is recorded for audit trail and inquiry, and every device goes through a complete data wipe before resale.
Grading compliance
Every device is checked against our published grading criteria before payment.
Multi-database IMEI checks
SICKW, GSMA and carrier blacklist lookups run on every serial number.
Shipping & transit
We are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit to us.
