What we check on a foldable

Foldables get graded differently. We look at the hinge for grit and play, the inner display for the crease line and any dead pixels or delamination, and the protective inner film to see if it has been peeled. A Fold or Flip with a healthy hinge and intact inner screen holds strong value; one with inner-display damage drops sharply because that panel is expensive to replace.

Knox, FRP and carrier locks

Before selling, remove your Google account so Factory Reset Protection does not lock the next owner out, and remove any Samsung account or Knox enrollment. Business-issued phones are sometimes enrolled in a corporate MDM profile that cannot be removed by the seller — those are not resellable, so check before you make the trip.
